This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you (“Affiliate”, “You”, or “Your”) and Comfy Forever (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). It outlines the terms under which you may participate in our Affiliate Program.

### 1. **Enrollment in the Program**

To join our affiliate program, you must submit an application through our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Upon approval, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard and a unique referral link.

### 2. **Your Responsibilities as an Affiliate**

As a participant in the program, you agree to:

* Promote Comfy Forever products honestly and ethically.

* Avoid false or misleading advertising.

* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

* Not use spam, deceptive practices, or unauthorized discounts to drive traffic.

### 3. **Commission Structure**

* **Commission Rate:** Affiliates earn **10% commission** on every qualified sale made via their referral link.

* **Cookie Duration:** We use a **30-day cookie window** — if a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you earn a commission.

* **Minimum Payout Threshold:** Commissions will be paid once your account reaches a **minimum of \$20**.

* **Payout Schedule:** Commissions are paid **30 days after the referred purchase** to allow for any returns or cancellations.

### 4. **Prohibited Activities**

You agree not to:

* Make purchases through your own referral links (“self-referral”).

* Use content that is illegal, hateful, or misleading.

* Promote in a way that harms our brand reputation.

* Use pay-per-click (PPC) ads targeting our brand name.

Violations may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

### 5. **Tracking and Reporting**

Sales and commissions are tracked through your unique referral link. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for lost referrals due to browser restrictions, cookie settings, or user behavior outside our control.

### 6. **Use of Promotional Materials**

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our logos, banners, and promotional content for the sole purpose of promoting our products. You may not alter these materials or misrepresent our brand in any way.

### 7. **Termination**

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by giving written notice. After termination, you must remove all affiliate links and promotional content. Eligible commissions will be paid according to the standard payout schedule.

### 8. **Limitation of Liability**

Comfy Forever will not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you under this agreement.

### 9. **Modifications**

We may update or modify this agreement at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

### 10. **Governing Law**

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada
